Just releasing this quick update to fix some stuff and add other stuff.

Actually, it's a ton of new VFX and SFX for the weapons, player, enemies, and some dialogue changes
Just wanted to release this even though I said the next update would be 0.4 because I thought it would be cool. Yep.
